The RainPoint® HTV107B smart watering valve was designed with ultimate user freedom in mind. To make garden care as seamless as possible, the device can be controlled in two different ways, catering perfectly to your immediate needs and home setup.

1. Local Control (Direct Bluetooth Connection) The perfect choice if you are looking for a simple, internet-free solution in the garden. There is no need to mess around with complicated network settings to upgrade your garden tap. You can control the valve directly from your smartphone via the RainPoint Home app using a stable, reliable Bluetooth connection.

How does it work in practice? You only need the Bluetooth connection while setting up or modifying your watering schedule. Once the data is synced from the app to the device, the internal memory of the RainPoint® HTV107B locks in the program. From then on, the valve operates completely standalone, starting and stopping exactly on schedule—even if you are nowhere near, or have Bluetooth turned off on your phone.

2. Remote Control (Internet Access via the HWG023WBRF HUB)
For those who want total control, no matter where they are in the world. Want to keep an eye on your garden's watering from the office, while traveling, or even from the beach? By pairing it with the separately sold HWG023WBRF Smart Hub, your valve steps up its game significantly. Connected to the HUB, the watering valve unlocks a full Wi-Fi internet connection. This takes the device to the cloud, allowing you to check the system status in real-time, 24/7 from anywhere across the globe, trigger instant watering, or tweak the schedule to match the current weather. This setup delivers the highest level of convenience and peace of mind for your plants.

Complete Smart Irrigation System
Want to call the shots from the other side of the world? Pair the valve with the separately sold Smart Hub (HWG023WBRF) to transform it into a Wi-Fi-enabled irrigation system! The HUB integrates the device into the entire RainPoint Home smart ecosystem, opening up a world of remote access and smart automations.

Tailor-Made Watering Schedules
Not every plant needs the same level of care. The valve offers 3 different watering modes: Normal Irrigation, Interval Irrigation, and Cycle Soak. With 5 selectable frequencies, you can schedule watering daily, on even/odd days, or on specific days of the week. You can even run up to 6 distinct, independent programs at the same time!

Seasonal Adjustment Save time and energy! This feature automatically scales the watering duration month by month on a percentage basis (from 10% up to 200%) to match the current season, sparing you from constantly and manually reprogramming the valve.

Rain Delay and Manual Override
The app automatically keeps tabs on your local weather. On rainy days, a single tap activates the Rain Delay mode, putting the schedule on hold for 24, 48, or 72 hours to prevent water waste. If your plants need a quick drink right away, the manual mode (from 1 minute up to 12 hours) can be started without messing up your preset schedule.

Premium, Built-to-Last Design
Engineered for maximum durability, the valve features a robust brass swivel inlet to prevent leaks, while a built-in metal filter keeps the system safe from clogging. The device handles water pressures ranging from 7 to 116 psi (approx. 0.5 - 8 bar). Both the app and the device itself will give you a timely heads-up when the batteries are running low.
